Seeking an extremely talented front end designer to collaborate with on projects to accommodate my overwhelming workload. Initially, there will be 1-2 days worth of work per week, but if things go well this could evolve into a partnership.

Requirements:

• Superb eye for design for web/UI with outstanding portfolio of work
• Be able to produce valid, standards based CSS/tableless markup
• Experience with implementing AJAX and JS libraries (you don't need to know how to develop these from scratch).
• Flash skills a big plus
• Good communication skills
• Disciplined, hardworking, and honest
