Provide Commerce is looking for a highly motivated, high-achieving individual to run its paid search marketing program.

As a member of the Provide Commerce’s in-house online-marketing team which represents RedEnvelope, Proflowers and other brands, you will have unique access to superior levels of service from, and the ability to share feedback with leading online companies including Google, Yahoo and MSN. You will analyze data, execute tests, manage ad copy, develop keyword lists, modify landing pages, and generally push the envelope as you strive to grow the program in terms of profit and revenue.

Provide Commerce, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Media, the owner or key investor of other high profile companies including QVC, Starz, Backcountry.com, DIRECTV and more.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Own program P & L - Drive profitable sales of Provide Commerce products through effective and efficient search engine marketing
• Optimize marketing costs in real-time, 24/7 online keyword auction
• Develop models for optimal bid management
• Design and execute A/B performance tests
• Work with web team to test and implement web site and landing page improvements
• Analyze program performance and KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, incremental cost, etc) and take appropriate actions based on analysis
• Research keywords
• Write effective ad copy
• Provide reports to management
• Build accurate forecasts/projections
• Keep current in latest trends in online marketing and test new offerings/technologies where appropriate
• Work closely with vendors and media companies including Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Ask.com and others

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability
• Enthusiasm for search engine marketing and online marketing in general
• Ability to balance analytical and creative sides
• Track record of successful program and budget management
• Track record of high achievement
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work in cross functional team
• Advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred But Not Required:

• Advanced statistical analysis skills
• Experience running large-scale search engine marketing program
• Experience with web analytics tools and other online marketing systems & software
