The Creative Director for the Internet at Lands' End is responsible for executing the creative branding strategy and visual presentation of the web, while driving the overall visual look and feel of this important channel. The CD will execute strategies that utilize the Internet channel to drive profitable sales growth and position landsend.com to be a leader in the industry. The CD must be a leader that inspires others and builds a best-of-class organization. This role will lead the Creative Art, User Interface, Content and Production teams.
Along with strong creative sensibilities and impressive aesthetic, the CD will possess a strong technical knowledge and fully understand he functionality and capabilities of the web. The role of CD will partner with the Group Creative Director-Internet and the Marketing teams to execute strategies that impressively grow the number of profitable customers lead the customer engagement strategy and drive campaign execution.
The CD will utilize the Internet channel to create stronger relationships with our most valued customers. In addition to the defined responsibilities, the CD will lead the teams that drive email campaigns. The CD will lead and strengthen the brand experience line and play a key role in transforming to a multi-channel organization. The opportunities for growth are grounded in sound and proven customer insights and cross-functional relationships.
