In-house creative group is looking for a copywriter to join our team. We’re looking for someone with 7+ years of experience who knows how corporate marketing works. Creativity and a conversational tone will bring you to the top of our pile. Your portfolio emphasizes advertising, interactive, and direct. We are a software company, yes, but we write for a broader audience. Think healthcare, manufacturing, government, education. Data sheets, white papers, you might do some of that, but we want you for advertising, web campaigns, direct mail, and brand building. You have a knack for taking the complex and making it sound simple. You know good creative and you’re not afraid to push for it. You can distill a creative brief, work gracefully with demanding internal clients, multitask to meet deadlines…and do it all with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Creative Director of the Kronos Creative team
• Create copy that meets the marketing strategy and champions the Kronos brand
• Partner with internal clients to deliver the best results every time
• Embrace the creative process to deliver the strongest possible pieces under deadline pressure
• Learn and understand our brand, our products, and our customers
• Possess an understanding of print and online best practices as well as a willingness to learn new things
• Work closely with our design team to ensure copy and concept marry. Be comfortable giving visual feedback.
• Write copy for a wide range of media and purposes: print collateral, event promotions, web copy, HTML emails, etc.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, English, creative writing or a related discipline
• A portfolio that showcases the skills we are looking for as well as your personality
