Seeking Web Designer (5-6 years experience) to fill in-house interactive position within advertising agency. The best candidates must have a solid grasp of digital branding, interactivity and usability. Must be a self-starter, hands-on, highly organized, great at multi-tasking and have the passion and desire to drive quality work forward under all circumstances. Someone who can take lead from the Creative Director and account team, but who also is able to implement ideas and get the ball rolling, making independent calls once a project gets underway.

Design beautifully branded, intelligent Internet solutions. We are looking for someone who is primarily a web developer, who may occasionally develop print components for an online program.

Skills/Experience:

• A well-developed visual sensitivity, sense of typography and a broad knowledge of online design trends and techniques.

• Minimum 3-5 years of web design experience, working with a broad range of clients is a plus (corporate, consumer, informational, e-commerce, social media).

• HTML/XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, InDesign

Advantageous Requirements:

• After Effects, Premiere, Soundbooth
• Awareness/knowledge of Internet marketing strategies, SEO, web analytics, social media marketing strategies.

Education:

• BA or BS Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

Salary commensurate with experience.
