The User Experience Designer must be a strong application designer, with the ability to push the limitations of the web to support business objectives, and make decisions based on multiple forms of user data and UX methodologies. We are looking for a UX Generalist with skills ranging from research and usability testing to wireframes and visual design.

Responsibilities:

• Work with closely with product managers and engineers
• Translate customer feedback and real world workflows into digital experiences
• Conduct research with subject matter experts and selected users
• Experience creating prototypes of different fidelities
• Design wireframes and map user flows for new and existing features
• Define reusable interaction patterns
• Validation of designs through usability testing
• Design and produce visual design deliverables and screen mock-ups

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years as an Interaction Designer with an IA, UX or visual design background
• Strong conceptual skills and experience implementing innovative user experience solutions
• Hands on experience working on large web based applications
• Highly proficient in HTML, CSS and rapid prototype development

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience
• Some experience with usability research and testing
