What you'll be doing: - Designing and developing rich media websites, designing advertising campaigns focused on brand development and management. Working in a dynamic, highly skilled team where each individual must be accurate, timely, and on budget.

The Ideals:

• Someone who can crank out designs in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML/CSS, and Flash
• Someone who can lead and handle being in charge of promotions for a cluster of high-traffic sites.
• We want new tours, innovative banners using HTML, Flash, and/or animation.
• Someone with the ability to create clean, cutting-edge designs quickly.
• Someone with Excellent communication skills is VERY important.

Qualifications You'll Need:

• Strong UI Design and Graphics Design Background
  PHP, Flash 8 and expert level ActionScript 2.0 programming skills are a plus
• XHTML, CSS, W3C, CSS design, AJAX, script.aculo.us, Prototype, etc.
• Should be comfortable with all verses of Internet media (i.e. sports, music, not-for-profit, online dating, adult entertainment, gaming, political, social networking, etc.)
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks
• Knowledge of JavaScript and browser compatibility issues
• Web Code/ Markup
• A highly creative approach to Web Design and familiarity with trends in design and technology
• High energy level and a playful attitude yet serious and hard working adaptable to understand and remain focused on objectives in a fast paced environment.
• 4-year degree (CS, CE, BFA, MFA, Design, Illustration, etc) is preferred
