PathMotion is a seed-round career guidance web site. Using the principles of positive
psychology and proprietary semantic search technology, PathMotion has developed a
career planning tool that guides job seekers from “What should I do with my life?” to
“Getting the job: done.” PathMotion empowers students and alumni to make better career
choices and find the job most relevant to their interests and motivations. Recruiters will
be able to better identify relevant candidates, and universities can offer a robust career
planning tool to aid students and reconnect with alumni.

Responsibilities

Develop on the web application features with a focus on the UI experience, contribute to
interaction and visual design of user features.
