Playdom is looking for Web Developers that are smart, enthusiastic and have excellent programming skills. You should enjoy writing code for fun, building tools, and working with data. You should have the aptitude to pick up many random technologies and understand how to build nontrivial tools.

The best candidates will have demonstrated experience in database-driven large scale web applications. In this role, you will build data visualization and analytics tools used throughout the company.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) from top program
• 2+ years of software experience
• Very good Javascript/Ajax, CSS, HTML
• Excellent Python skills. Java and PHP skills are a plus
• Strong knowledge of Java Stack or LAMP Stack
• Data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Personality to handle responsibility, collaborate and lead a small team environment
• Experience in user interface design and BI/reporting tools are a plus

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work in our Business Intelligence team to collaboratively develop Reporting/BI tools
• Provide interactive access to terabytes of user behavior data from millions of gamers
• Design tools tailored for the growing needs of our game studios and central services
