The Executive Creative Director (ECD) will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the following: along with the Business Development team, develop and close new business relationships with clients and ensure all creative groups across the frog offices (globally) are producing work at the highest quality. Ensure that the teams’ utilization is at peak capacity in a creative consultancy business model and ensure the process is efficient and profitable and the client’s needs are met or exceeded.
The ECD will provide a central, savvy voice to the creative discipline of the company. This voice is needed to communicate to clients, press, trade, investors and internal frog groups. The ECD shepherds the creative development efforts which include: creative concepting through to final deliverables.

- The ECD collaboratively manages the orderly sequencing of development to maximize the strategic impact of frog’s design efforts.

The position will be evaluated upon the success of the following:
- Understanding the operational economics of the frog business model, influencing the financial drivers and improving operations.
- Establish, maintain and enhance process of design to clients understanding. Must be capable of interpreting creative design competition (competitive rates, fixed bids, etc).
- Evaluate and collaborate on proposal writing with all departments and management.
- Identify key growth sectors for creative and target clients. Measure and evaluate department function, process and affectivity.
- Understanding the profession of your staff members.
- Developing top quality managers within a convergent environment.
- Exercising sound business judgment with a highly effective management style.
- Demonstrating strong and persuasive communications skills, including written, oral and public presentations effectively.
- Adapting quickly to change and demonstrating a high patience threshold.
