Rocket Matter is a new web-based solution for law firms. One of our founders is a designer, so design drives product development and is a high priority for us. We need bright, passionate, talented people interested in developing professionally as the company grows.

You will join the design team responsible for the overall user experience across the entire brand. This includes the marketing site, application and related support site. You’ll get the opportunity to grow your design tool set by delving into multiple disciplines and designing solutions that speak to various audiences. You’ll collaborate with a fun, bright, Agile development team dedicated to delivering excellent features to a growing base of customers.

We’d love to have you here in sunny Boca Raton, Florida, but we’re also open to telecommuters.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Mastery of XHTML and CSS. Cross browser, standards compliant code is your strength.
• Problem solving wizardry with an obsessive attention to detail.
• Strong visual design abilities – typography, layout, color.
• Prototyping – high fidelity or on paper.
• JavaScript and ASP.net familiarity would be really nice!
• Web-obsessed, A List Apart and Boxes and Arrows readers especially welcome.
